Very few things single out a Country Kitchen more than the style of the sink, and no Country Kitchen is truly complete without a Belfast sink. The Belfast sink really does exude a sense of elegance that harks back to more simple times, where craftsmanship was to the fore and where longevity meant more than price.
When planning this kitchen with Jenny it was clear from the start that having a double sink was an essential prerequisite, and so without further ado we acquired a beautiful crafted Double Belfast sink from our suppliers and set about designing a bespoke kitchen around it.

In all of our Kitchens we use only the best quality materials and finishes, so when it came to the counter tops we were delighted when Jenny chose the Solid Oak. Finished in a contemporary style that seamlessly marries the old with the new, the counter tops wonderfully accentuate the hand finished cabinets and storage spaces beneath.

Other contemporary features which form part of this unique kitchen include beautifully integrated, cabinet mounted, double ovens, presented to the side of a dark glass finished hob with brushed aluminium extractor fan. This brushed aluminium again is a striking feature of the large American Style fridge, around which we crafted a traditional style canopy. Marrying all of these different materials together was managed through the colour selection of the units, which were finished in ‘Lichen’ and ‘String’ by Farrow and Ball, using a hard wearing eggshell paint.
