Each and every project we undertake has its own unique requirements, whether it be through choice of materials, the colours of the doors, or the finishes and layouts there is always something special, something different, like this Classic in White.
While being a classic Style Country kitchen in many respects, this project which we undertook in partnership with Louise threw up its own challenges. One of the most stand out requirements was the need to design the kitchen in such a way that all of the units went on to one wall, without limiting the storage space. We were able to achieve this by making the most of the space that the central island afforded us. We masterfully incorporated the sink at the side of the central island, and added seating space to one end.
Following a classic black and white theme, the units were finished in ‘Wimborne White’ by Farrow and Ball, using a hard wearing furniture paint with an eggshell finish and capped by quartz worktops with “Ogee” edging. The classic style was competed through the use of Polished Chrome Handles and knobs.
Above the large black gas range we constructed what is becoming our signature Foxhall overmantle, a classically styled mantle that majestically accentuates the heart of the kitchen.
